This Opportunity:

As a future Store Leader, you will play a critical role in driving store performance through strong team leadership, service excellence and operational capability.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
- Delivering outstanding customer service and driving service culture
- Managing high-volume stock flow, merchandising and promotional execution
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety and compliance
- Supporting and influencing store targets,



KPIs and growth results
- Coaching future leaders and contributing to a strong internal talent pipeline
- Using product knowledge to elevate the customer experience

The Ideal Candidate:

- Proven retail management experience (essential)
- Experience managing high stock volumes and a busy retail floor
- Strength in leading and inspiring teams of 15–30+ team members
- A passion for nurturing talent and driving team success
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Adaptability, problem-solving capability and a results-focused mindset
- Confident communication skills and comfort with retail systems
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us)
