Concentrix Australia is seeking experienced Auslan Interpreters to join the National Relay Service (NRS) Video Relay Service team. This fully remote role supports Deaf and hard-of-hearing communities by enabling accessible communication from your home.
You will deliver interpreting services, maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethics, and ensure a high standard of customer experience. NAATI accreditation is required; ASLIA membership is preferred; 8 hours per week minimum and 24/7 availability
