We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator with excellent attention to detail to join our team. The role is ideal for someone with solid organisational and communication skills, previous experience in administration or coordination, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance works to ensure quality outcomes are met.

Key responsibilities include:

- Liaising with clients, internal staff and various trades to ensure works are carried out in a timely manner
- Liasing with clients to ensure they are informed of scheduled dates and times
- Preparing and sending work orders to trades and suppliers
- Handling phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Supporting the team with ad hoc duties as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Strong time management and organisational skills
- The ability to multitask effectively




- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving & logical reasoning ability
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
