- Manager-level HR professional (Band C1 or equivalent).
- Available to work on a contractual/part-time basis (7–8 days per month).
- Robust experience in end-to-end HR operations and administration.
- Well-versed in:
- HR Administration
- Employee Compliance
- Statutory and Regulatory Compliance
- Australian Employment Laws
- Legal and HR Governance
- Good understanding of Australian HR policies, employment practices, and workplace regulations.
- Should be capable of supporting future hiring activities and ensuring HR policies and processes are aligned with Australian legal requirements.
