The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR), headquartered in Brisbane, regulates heavy vehicles across Australia. Joining their Digital Enablement team, the Product Analyst will enhance NHVR's data-driven regulatory capabilities. This position supports the Data and Technology Division by configuring and improving applications to meet regulatory needs.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for Digital Enablement GIS application.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for application configuration.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor product performance and guide roadmaps.
- Provide application support to customers, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Troubleshoot issues, propose timely solutions, and manage product updates.
- Work with product teams to understand software updates and communicate changes.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

This Role Requires You To Have

- Experience in defining problems and organizing work backlogs.
- Experience supporting mobile and desktop applications.
- Experience with compliance or case management systems.
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud-based applications.
- Experience working in Agile-Scrum environments.
