About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in ensuring our workshop operates smoothly and our customers receive a professional, welcoming experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
- Managing workshop bookings and customer enquiries.
- Preparing quotes, invoices and customer paperwork.
- Processing payments and completing daily administration tasks.
- Managing emails and general office administration.
- Maintaining accurate customer records in NetSuite.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and the workshop team.
- Supporting the service team to ensure jobs progress efficiently.




- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- Previous experience in a busy reception, administration or customer service role.
- Experience using NetSuite (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills.
- Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude, professional presentation and strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Automotive industry experience will be highly regarded, however candidates with strong administration and customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
