The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Head of IT Governance & PMO to lead and elevate our technology governance, portfolio management and business engagement capabilities.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring technology investment, project delivery, risk management, compliance and governance practices are aligned with organisational strategy and business priorities. Reporting into senior technology leadership, you'll partner closely with business stakeholders to drive transparency, accountability and value across our technology landscape.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- As the Head of IT Governance & PMO, you will:
- Establish and lead a fit-for-purpose IT governance framework that enables effective decision-making, accountability and strategic alignment.
- Drive IT risk, compliance and assurance activities, including policies, standards, audits, control frameworks, penetration test remediation and vendor governance.
- Oversee the technology portfolio, investment planning and budget reporting to ensure initiatives are prioritised and deliver measurable business value.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, providing clear insights into IT performance, risks, investment decisions and governance outcomes.
- Champion data governance and information management practices to improve accountability, compliance and decision-making.
- Lead,
coach and develop a high-performing IT Governance & PMO team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline
- Experience with data governance, data mapping and ISO 27001 will be highly regarded
