The Role:

As a Retail Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy. Your primary responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

This is a full-time leadership chance offering up to 38 hours per week, with a consistent Monday to Friday roster from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

In this leadership role, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Develop and Inspire - Lead and support our fantastic pharmacy team through ongoing training, mentorship, and encouragement.
- Ensure Retail Excellence - Maintain compliance across all retail measures and keep the team up to date with current product offerings.
- Engage with Customers - Provide expert advice and personalised recommendations across general pharmacy, beauty, and fragrance categories.




- Celebrate Success - Embrace our competitive spirit as our stores participate in fun group-wide challenges and rewards from TerryWhite Chemmart and our suppliers.
- Stay Catalogue-Ready - Ensure the store is prepared and visually aligned with promotional catalogues every three weeks.

About You:

Previous leadership or management experience is highly regarded.
