EZYAIR is expanding our in-house installation teams to keep up with the incredible demand for our high efficiency HVAC, Solar, Battery and Electrical projects on the North East & South East of Melbourne.

We’re not just looking for one person - we’re looking for skilled Electricians, Plumbers and Refrigeration Mechanics to build our growing team of Renewable Energy Specialists!

EZYAIR specialise in domestic HVAC, Hot Water, Solar, Battery, EV Chargers, Switchboard Upgrades & Consumer Mains upgrades for existing customers, recent builds and offer a dynamic, high-energy work environment where expertise is valued and rewarded.

We support true work-life balance with the option of a 9-day fortnight schedule, alongside the opportunity to upskill and gain a dual trade qualification in Electrical + Plumbing or Electrical + Air Conditioning

This role is perfect for electricians or plumbers who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving and wanting to be at the forefront of the renewable energy transition in Victoria.

Your Role:

- Install split, multi-split and ducted HVAC systems, batteries, hot water swap overs, switchboard and consumer mains upgrades.

- Work with our team of multi trade skilled tradespeople for all hands integration.

- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults which may arise as a result of your installation.

- Step into a new pay scale as you mentor apprentices & junior team members as you grow your team.

What You Need:

- Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (ESV – Victoria)

- Manual Driver’s Licence (not required, but preferred)

- Valid Working at Heights ticket

- Valid Working with Children Check

- Valid Elevated Work Platform (EWP)

- Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail

- An interest in renewable energy technologies

- Ability to mentor, train, and support team members
