Job Description

Learning and Capability Manager | Full-time Permanent Hybrid working | Mulgrave, VIC Shape enterprise learning and capability strategy within a leading education organisation undergoing large-scale transformation! This is a newly created opportunity to play a key role in shaping how capability is developed across a complex and diverse organisation.

About the role

You will join a newly established People Centre of Excellence and work closely with senior stakeholders to create a more connected, enterprise-wide approach to learning and capability! This is a mix of strategy and delivery.

You'll be responsible for shaping the enterprise learning strategy, identifying future capability needs and translating organisational priorities into meaningful learning and capability solutions.

- Shape an enterprise-wide learning strategy
- Drive future-focused capability transformation
- Guide a high-performing specialist team
- Develop enterprise capability frameworks aligned to future workforce needs
- Identify capability gaps and translate them into practical solutions
- Develop a more connected and integrated learning ecosystem
- Translate capability priorities into a prioritised learning portfolio

About you

You will be an experienced Org Development,



Learning and Capaibility or People Transformation professional who is comfortable operating at an enterprise level.

You’ll bring:

- Experience shaping learning or capability strategy within a large, complex or matrixed organisation
- Strong understanding of organisational capability and future workforce needs
- Experience developing capability frameworks and enterprise-wide learning approaches
- Strong understanding of contemporary learning approaches, including experiential and digital learning
- The ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across a complex organisation

You’ll be someone who can think strategically, influence at an enterprise level and bring initiatives to life.
