Ted Noffs Foundation in Townsville is seeking a Youth Worker to join our townsville service. The role focuses on intensive engagement, treatment, supervision and outreach to reduce recidivism after detention, with supports extending into the community for 12 months.

You will deliver culturally protected, client-centred support for young people experiencing drug and alcohol issues, coordinating with a service team and forming community partnerships.
