About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team on a full-time basis. You will play an integral part in the overall operation of the venue, focusing on building a positive culture and developing team members to deliver memorable experiences. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves making a guest's day.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and coach the team to deliver outstanding guest service
- Manage daily restaurant operations and uphold high operational standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members




- Drive sales growth and manage costs to meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, food safety, and RSA standards
- Maintain stock and inventory control, including purchase orders and reports

Requirements

- Previous management experience in a fast‑paced food and beverage venue
- Outgoing, motivated, and reliable with a team‑player attitude
- Energetic, guest‑obsessed, and comfortable in a high‑volume setting
- Strong communication skills and skilled leadership presence
- Valid RSA certificate and full Australian working rights
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights
