What You'll Do
- Deliver a genuine 'wow' customer experience building connections and understanding what each customer needs
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge, confident recommendations, and upselling where it fits
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to the highest Ecosa standard
- Support the team with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and day-to-day operational tasks
- Follow all POS, cash handling, and safety procedures accurately and consistently
- Contribute positively to team culture showing up, backing your teammates, and bringing energy to every shift
- Take ownership of your own growth completing training modules and acting on feedback
What We're Looking For
- A natural people-person with a genuine passion for customer service
- Sales confidence comfortable engaging customers and driving results
- Enthusiasm for the Ecosa brand and a curiosity to learn our product range inside out
- Reliable, accountable and a genuine team contributor
- Comfortable in a rapid-paced retail workplace with strong attention to detail
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is essential
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Must be 18+ years of age to be considered for this retail position
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
- Must be available to work weekends for this casual position
