Great Southland Bullion (GSB) is looking for a number of Retail Sales Associates to join our new Chadstone Shopping Centre store. You'll help customers sell their unwanted gold and silver (jewellery, bullion, etc.) as well as guide and support customers in buying gold and silver bullion.

No precious metals experience is required - we provide full, industry-leading training. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in doing things accurately, and want to build a career in a specialised and trusted industry, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Support customers in selling their gold and silver to GSB (jewellery, bullion, etc.) and to support them in buying gold and silver bullion.

Provide informed and confident guidance based on market knowledge

Focus on marketing and promoting the business

Handle transactions with care, accuracy, and professionalism

Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every customer

Uphold the GSB values and culture in every interaction

Assist with opening,



closing and store presentation.

What you'll bring

What we offer

A$32.18-A$56.20 per hour, plus commission and superannuation

Casual and part-time roles with flexible schedule across a 7-day roster
