Account Manager – Flooring Solutions (VIC & TAS)

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Account Manager to drive business growth through strategic planning, relationship development, and solution-based selling, with a strong focus on our Retail customers.

Reporting directly to the VIC State Manager, you will manage and grow an established portfolio of retail clients, developing strong partnerships while ensuring our customers and teams consistently exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an existing retail portfolio across VIC and TAS.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, senior management, and key clients.
- Understand the market landscape, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities and drive growth.




- Develop effective business and account plans, including goal setting, performance analysis, and forecasting.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and client satisfaction at every interaction.
- Analyse key data metrics to inform business decisions and track performance.
- Maintain accurate records using Dynamics 365 CRM alongside Power Bi and other relevant business tools.
- Travel regularly across Perth with regional travel required depending on call cycle.

About You

- Previous Account Management experience, ideally within the flooring or building materials industry.
- Solid business acumen and a passion for relationship management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding service and building long-term partnerships.
- Experience and proficiency using CRM based programmes, and call cycle management.
