Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Consultant located in Sydney, NSW. You will be responsible for day-to-day retail sales tasks, providing exceptional customer service. You must be a career fashion retailer, eager to thrive in Australia’s premier fashion boutique.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- In–boutique sales and client liaison
- Drive business performance through pre-determined sales targets
- Identify new opportunities to improve and develop client relationships
- Operate Point of Sale system
- End Of Day reporting
- Maintain boutique standards across Visual Merchandising, display & service





Qualifications

- Thorough knowledge of luxury fashion and all the brands stocked at Parlour X
- Minimum 5 years retail fashion experience
- A qualified yet fashionable appearance with immaculate grooming
- Comprehensive communication skills with both clients and team members
- Visual Merchandising experience
- Ability to multi-task within a fast paced working environment
- Knowledge of market trends, as well as understanding international and local tastes
- Recognition of which styles work with body shapes so you can provide a personalised touch to sales.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Previous experience in luxury fashion retail is preferred but not required
