The Opportunity: At Beaumont Tiles, we don’t just sell tiles - we help customers create spaces they love. As Australia’s leading tile and bathroomware retailer, we’re looking for a driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store team and deliver outstanding results.

The Role:

Reporting to the State Retail Manager, you’ll be accountable for driving sales, profit and customer experience across your store.

You’ll take the lead on:

- Delivering sales, margin and operating profit in line with targets
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
- Driving customer engagement and conversion on the showroom floor
- Building solid relationships with both retail and trade customers
- Ensuring consistent execution of brand, safety and operational stanrds

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead from the front and set the standard.

Key Responsibilities:





- Lead and coach the team to achieve sales and performance targets
- Drive store profitability through effective roster, cost and sales management
- Maintain high standards across merchandising, pricing and store presentation
- Ensure compliance across safety, policies and operational processes
- Manage customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Analyse store performance and implement actions to improve results
