We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations and support the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Lead, supervise, train and motivate store staff to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor employee performance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, stock rotation and stocktakes.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, banking and point-of-sale (POS) operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, workplace health and safety requirements,



and applicable Australian retail legislation.
- Minimise stock loss through effective security and loss prevention procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers and maintain strong business relationships.
- Prepare operational and sales reports for management.

Essential Requirements

- At least two years of relevant experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role; or a relevant qualification with appropriate experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays when required.
