Role Description The Revenue Operations Analyst / Business Operations Analyst is a part time, remote role responsible for optimizing operational and revenue-related processes across the organization and its healthcare partners. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business performance data, building dashboards and reports, and identifying trends that improve revenue, efficiency, and decision-making.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to map processes, define requirements, and implement improvements in workflows, tools, and reporting. The analyst will also support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking, and contribute to documentation, process standards, and operational best practices. Regular communication with internal team members and external partners is expected through virtual meetings and written updates.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Operations skills, including process mapping, workflow optimization, and operational reporting.
- Robust Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities, including working with quantitative data, building dashboards, and deriving actionable insights.




- Business Analysis expertise, such as requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and translating business needs into technical or process solutions.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to present findings, influence decisions, and collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and comfort working with datasets.
- Understanding of revenue operations, performance metrics, or CRM/ERP systems is beneficial.
- Background or strong interest in healthcare, digital health, or AI/data-driven solutions in healthcare is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule, and maintain high attention to detail.
