We’re looking for experienced RF Pickers and Tugger Operators to join the 3PC team in Laverton.
This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced chiller environment and is best suited to candidates with previous order-picking, RF scanning and tugger-operating experience. Applicants must be available to work five days per week, Monday to Friday.

About the Role As an RF Picker and Tugger Operator, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders using an RF scanning gun while safely operating a tugger in a chilled warehouse environment.
The chiller operates at temperatures between 0°C and 10°C.
Your duties will include
- Picking customer orders using an RF scanning gun
- Operating a tugger safely and efficiently
- Accurately scanning, picking and preparing orders
- Manual handling and repetitive lifting
- Working in a chiller environment between 0°C and 10°C
- Meeting productivity and accuracy targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following all workplace safety procedures
What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous RF scanning and order-picking experience
- Previous tugger-operating experience
- Full availability to work five days per week, Monday to Friday
- Ability to start at 2:00pm each day
- Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Ability to meet productivity targets
- Reliable transport
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Confidence working in chilled temperatures for the duration of the shift
