Composed of proven team experts with extensive practical experience, not just theoretical knowledge, and dealt with services like Financial Planning, Insurance, SMSF Administration & Debt Advice.
About The Role
- Review and reconciliation of accounting queries
- Liaising with ATO and use of the ATO Portal
- Liaising with Client,
and third parties (including Auditors, Financial Adviser, Mortgage Broker, Super Providers etc)
- Preparation End of Year Financial reporting
- Business Activity Statements (BAS), and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) preparation
- Maintaining client files and database
- Liaising with financial institutions to obtain information on client's superannuation or insurance account
- Assisting in the preparation of documents and client portfolios for Statements of Advice (SoA) appointment, trust appointment, and review meetings
About You
- Must be a recent graduate or in the Final Year
- Must be a detailed oriented person
- Ability to multitask
- Has the willingness to learn things
- Could work in a small and big team
- Commitment to work a minimum of 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
