We’re on the lookout for an experienced, motivated aged care expert to join us at Anchor Excellence as a Specialist Consultant - Risk Advisory.

Our focus is easy: we partner directly with aged care organisations to help them manage risk, turning strategy into real, practical operational outcomes so they can deliver better results for older Australians.

If you love getting stuck into the work, helping providers connect strategic vision with day-to-day operations, and seeing the positive difference it makes, this role is for you.

What you’d be doing with us:

- Bridging strategy and operations: Helping providers take high-level risk strategies and build them into smooth, everyday processes.
- Managing risk effectively: Working alongside executive and leadership teams to identify, navigate, and mitigate risk across the organisation.
- Bringing deep sector insight: Using your aged care expertise to solve real, operational challenges.
