We're on the lookout for a motivated skilled labourer or tradesman ready to step into a role with a great team culture and long-term security.

This is a full-time role, starting with a 3-month probation period to settle in, with ongoing permanent employment for the right candidate.

Who We're Looking For

- Young, fit & healthy with a robust work ethic and a genuine can-do attitude
- Reliable and punctual, with a driver's licence and own vehicle
(future company car & fuel card available for the right person)
- Australian citizenship required for this position




- Provisional driver's licence minimum required
- Previous building industry experience (tradesman, labourer or apprentice) preferred but not essential — attitude matters more than experience

What You'll Be Doing

- Demolishing and replacing existing house piers
- Excavating footings and pouring concrete
- Propping and levelling houses
- General hands-on construction work
- Full training provided — learn specialised skills that set you apart in the industry
