About The Role:
We’re seeking motivated and safety-focused Maintenance Riggers / Climbers to join our field teams. You’ll play a vital role maintaining and servicing ART’s Australian-made guyed lattice masts and infrastructure across Australia — ensuring our systems continue to deliver reliable, bankable data for renewable energy projects.

What You'll Do:
Climb and perform aerial tower maintenance, inspections, commissions and decommissions. (if qualified)
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on masts and associated equipment.
Perform civil construction and site preparation work where required.
Work safely and efficiently as part of a small, specialised field team.
Travel to remote sites across Australia and coordinate logistics for field deployments.
Complete accurate site documentation, photos, and reporting.
What You'll Bring
Proven rigging or climbing experience in field, construction, or tower environments.
Robust mechanical aptitude and confidence using power and hand tools.
A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Adaptability to changing site conditions and schedules.
High attention to detail with sound documentation and communication skills.
Required Qualifications Climber:
Construction Induction (White Card)
Driver's License - Manual
Basic Computer and emailing skills
First Aid & CPR
