The Waterline Restaurant at Keppel Bay Marina invites applications for an experienced Chef. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $79423.00 - $80,000.00 per year + Super

Job Address: 1 Waterline Way, Rosslyn QLD 4703 Aside from the excellent view, we offer a modern contemporary menu with Asian influences seven days a week.

Key responsibilities will include: Cooking and preparing various menus from Breakfast to Evening dining; Adhering to recipes and procedures;

Discussing formal preparation issues with Managers, Dieticians and Kitchen & Waiting staff; Selecting and training staff; Maintaining restaurant plating and cooking standards; and

Working 38 hours/week. Required skills and attributes: A career-focused progression as a Chef with a passion for food;





Ability to be adaptable and work various shifts across a 7-day operation; Previous experience in a high volume a la carte restaurant environment; Attention to detail;

Strong work ethic; Excellent communication skills; As you are working in an

Open Kitchen, Chef must have a good kitchen temperament and personal presentation; Being a team member; Previous experience in modern Asian/Australian cuisine is preferred.
