Melbourne Victory is seeking a Pathways Coach to join our Football Department on a full time, fixed-term basis through 31 December 2027. You will guide and mentor youth players, plan and deliver training programs across our youth pathways and Education initiatives, including the Performance School and Pre-Academy Centre.
As part of a collaborative coaching and performance team, you will monitor progress, provide individual feedback, and foster a high-performance environment that supports player
