Delia Group is seeking experienced and talented Chefs to join the team at our acclaimed Maha Restaurant in the heart of Melbourne. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional contemporary Middle Eastern cuisine in a quick-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking a range of Middle Eastern dishes to the highest standard
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen workplace
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to refine and develop the menu
- Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to specification
- Contributing to a positive and productive team culture

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef in a high-quality restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge and passion for Middle Eastern cuisine
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills




- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
- Relevant cookery qualification or certification
