The job.

In this role, you will support the delivery of a wide range of geotechnical and engineering geology projects across Queensland. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and geologists, building your technical skills through site work, reporting, and project support. You'll work with our excellent team as well as clients & contractors, across a bunch of interesting ground engineering challenges.

What will you be doing?

- Supporting the planning and delivery of site investigations

- Assisting with geotechnical assessments, logging, and technical reporting

- Helping deliver projects from fieldwork through to reporting & analysis

- Learning how projects are scoped, programmed, and budgeted

- Working collaboratively with internal team members, as well as clients, contractors, and other consultants

- Building your capability across fieldwork, analysis, problem-solving, and technical communication

Who are you?

We’re looking for somone early in their career who is keen to learn, enjoys being out on site as much as in the office, and is excited to build a strong technical foundation. You could be an engineering geologist or a geotechnical engineer,



but you’ll definitely be proactive, curious, and keen to get stuck in.

We are looking for someone with:

- 1-4 years’ relevant experience

- A degree in engineering geology, geology, civil engineering, or a related discipline

- Robust written and verbal communication skills

- A collaborative approach and a curious mindset

- An interest in engineering and/or project management

- A practical, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to get stuck in

- The drive and desire to grow in your career
