About the role

A great opportunityfor an experienced Senior Civil & Structural Engineer to join the Lytton Refinery. This roleis responsible fordeveloping and implementing civil and structural asset strategies thatmaintainasset integrity while optimising reliability, safety, and profitability. The position provides specialist civil and structural engineering support across the refinery,



partnering with Maintenance and Operations teams, and delivering discipline engineering and designexpertisefor a range of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical authority for civil and structural engineering standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety and business requirements.
- Lead development and implementation of governance frameworks, standards,proceduresand work practices across civil and structural assets.
- Support risk management activities, including technical input into HSE investigations and regulatory reportable incidents.
- Conduct complex engineering inspections,assessmentsand remediation planning tomaintainasset integrity,reliabilityand compliance.
- Evaluate and deliver engineering solutions, testingprogramsand feasibility studies to support operational and strategic businessobjectives.
- Partner with stakeholders toidentifybusiness requirements, perform cost-benefit analyses and implement sustainable improvements to processes,productsand organisational capability.

Qualification & Experience:

- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic lifecycle plans for civil and structural assets,infrastructureand equipment to optimise performance,reliabilityand long-term value.
- Proven people leadership capability, with a strongtrack recordof providing technical leadership,mentoringand capability development for civil and structural engineering teams.
- Experienced in managing engineering resources to ensure business priorities, operational requirements and projectobjectivesare effectively supported.




- Strong ability toleverageemerging technologies and innovative engineering practices to enhance asset performance,reliabilityand business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success leading complex engineering design and development activities using best-practice methodologies, tools,standardsand governance frameworks.
- Skilled infacilitatingstakeholder engagement, requirements gathering workshops and user acceptance processes to develop practical and effective solutions.
- Proven experience conducting business analysis and gap assessments toidentifyimprovement opportunities, support strategic decision-making and drive organisational change initiatives.
