The opportunity

- Part time internships: 1-3 days per week in paid ongoing internship roles

- You must be currently studying a relevant degree at an Australian university
- Internships are open to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Undergraduate students must have completed all first‑year subjects (8 subjects)
- Postgraduate students must have completed one semester of study (4 subjects)
- Engineering: Electrical, Power Systems or Mechatronics
- Science: Mathematics, Physics or Statistics
- Data and Technology: Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Software Engineering
- You must have the right to work in Australia

Brisbane, Sydney CBD, Western Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth

This recruitment process is designed to create a pool of suitable candidates for upcoming internship opportunities over the next 12 months. All internship opportunities at AEMO will be filled through this Internship Talent Pool. Please note that selection into the pool does not guarantee an internship placement but means your application may be considered as relevant opportunities arise.
