Ironman 4x4 is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure stock is received, stored, and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and drive inventory performance through effective planning and reporting.
- Ensure DIFOT targets and operational KPIs are achieved.
- Drive workplace health and safety compliance and promote a solid safety culture.
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to maximise productivity and accountability.




- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and deliver accurate operational and performance reports.

About You

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Experience using warehouse management systems and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Safety-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred).
