Are you a hands-on risk qualified who excels at translating governance requirements into practical controls, metrics and processes?

Our client is seeking a Risk & Controls Lead to support the implementation of risk controls, supplier risk assessments and operational risk processes across our growing AI Governance Program.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and implement AI risk and control frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and risk profiling activities.
- Design and monitor KRIs and Risk Appetite Indicators.
- Assess supplier and third-party risks.
- Support CPS230 and material service provider assessments.
- Review contracts and identify AI-related risk considerations.
- Develop meaningful risk reporting and management information.
- Support the implementation of governance processes and controls across the organisation.

What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Controls or Third-Party Risk.
- Experience developing controls,



KRIs and risk reporting frameworks.
- Exposure to supplier risk, outsourcing or vendor management.
- Experience reviewing contracts and technology service arrangements.
- Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Banking or regulated industry experience highly regarded.
