About the role

Raindance Roof Plumbing is seeking an experienced Roof Plumber to join our growing team in Geelong, VIC. This is a full-time position based in our Geelong Area, where you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality roofing and plumbing solutions to our valued clients. As a Roof Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing roof plumbing systems whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and safety standards.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across residential and commercial properties, contributing directly to the success and reputation of our business.

Key responsibilities

- Install, repair and maintain roof plumbing systems including guttering, downpipes, flashings and roof drainage solutions
- Install high end cladding systems
- Assess client requirements and provide professional recommendations for roof plumbing installations and repairs
- Conduct thorough inspections of existing roof plumbing systems to identify issues and determine appropriate remedial action
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations and company standards
- Work safely at heights and use appropriate safety equipment and fall protection systems
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used and time spent on each project
- Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide clear communication throughout project delivery
- Source and order materials as required for projects




- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and support colleagues to maintain high standards of workmanship

What we're looking for

- Trade qualification or apprenticeship in roof plumbing or equivalent practical experience
- Current working at heights certification and willingness to maintain it
- Demonstrated experience in roof plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial projects
- Strong understanding of roof plumbing systems, materials and best practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Physical fitness to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting and working at heights
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with roof plumbing software or digital systems is preferred
- Current First Aid certification is advantageous
