We're a family-owned Adelaide roofing business specialising in residential and commercial roof maintenance. Our work is the interesting stuff — finding real leak sources, diagnosing recurring problems that haven't been resolved, and fixing them for good.

You'll work across a mix of residential, property management and commercial maintenance throughout Adelaide, with plenty of variety from one job to the next. If you enjoy working out why a roof is leaking rather than just reaching for the silicone gun, you'll fit in well here.

What you'll be doing

- Residential and commercial roof maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnosing leaks properly — not guessing and not just patching.
- Gutters, box gutters, fascia, valleys, flashings, roof sheeting, small works and re-roofs.
- Roof inspections and detailed roof reports — we'll train you in our reporting style.
- Clear photos, notes and job documentation through ServiceM8.
- Running your own jobs, and working in with the wider team when required.
- Communicating professionally with homeowners, property managers and commercial clients.

What we're looking for

- Strong roof plumbing maintenance and repair experience — qualified or not, show us what you can do.
- Good fault-finding and leak-diagnosis skills.
- Works efficiently without compromising quality.
- Can run a job independently and take accountability for the outcome.




- A genuine team player who backs the people around them.
- White Card and Working at Heights — non-negotiable.
- Current driver's licence — non-negotiable.
- Professional presentation, valuable communication, and genuine pride in being good at your trade.

What you get

- $45–$60/hr + super, depending on skill and capability.
- $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid following successful completion of probation.
- Company ute and fuel card supplied.
- Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with a strong pipeline of work.
