Key Responsibilities

- Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards
- Ensure rooms are presented in a clean, comfortable, and welcoming condition
- Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Support sustainability and waste minimisation initiatives
- Assist with lost property and periodic deep-cleaning projects

What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role involving standing, bending, and lifting throughout your shift
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn




- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
