Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Clyde Five Ways is opening soon, and we're looking for two passionate Room Leaders to join our foundation team.

We're seeking one Nursery Room Leader and one Toddler Room Leader who are passionate about creating nurturing, engaging and inspiring learning environments for our youngest children.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new, purpose-built service before opening and help establish a positive team culture and high-quality educational practices from day one.

Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader, you'll play an important role in building strong relationships with children, families and educators while helping create a centre where every child can thrive.

About Clyde Five Ways Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Clyde Five Ways is our exciting recent service opening soon in the growing Eliston Estate at 400 Clyde-Five Ways Road, Clyde. Featuring eight spacious learning environments for children aged six weeks to six years, the centre has been thoughtfully designed with premium indoor and outdoor spaces,



an in-house chef, and enriching school readiness programs to support every stage of a child's early learning journey.

As part of our foundation team, you'll have the unique opportunity to help establish the centre's culture, mentor educators and create exceptional learning experiences from the very beginning.

About the Role

As a Room Leader, you'll lead your room with confidence, creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment where children feel supported to learn and grow.

Working collaboratively with the Educational Leader and Centre Leadership Team, you'll mentor educators while delivering high-quality educational programs that reflect each child's individual needs and interests.

You will:

- Lead either the Nursery or Toddler room
- Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
- Mentor, guide and support educators within your room
- Foster secure, responsive and meaningful relationships with children and families
- Maintain high standards of curriculum planning and documentation
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Child Safe Standards
- Promote a culture of collaboration, reflection and continuous improvement
- Help establish a positive and inclusive team culture as part of our foundation team





About You You are an enthusiastic and confident early childhood professional who enjoys mentoring others and creating exceptional learning environments.

You will bring:

- ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
