About Redstone Sunbury Located within the growing Redstone community, our newest Aspire service has been thoughtfully designed to provide exceptional early learning experiences for children aged 0–6 years.

As one of our founding Room Leaders, you'll have the unique opportunity to establish routines, build strong relationships with families, mentor your team, and create a welcoming learning environment from the centre's very first day.

About the Role

As a Room Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of your room while creating a safe, engaging and high-quality learning environment for children.

Working closely with the Educational Leader and Centre Leadership Team, you will:

- Lead either our Nursery or Toddler learning environment
- Mentor, support and develop educators within your room




- Deliver engaging play-based educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Create welcoming, safe and inclusive learning environments
- Build robust relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Complete observations, planning and documentation that supports children's development
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You You're a confident and passionate early childhood professional who enjoys leading by example and supporting others to succeed.

You'll bring

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or experienced Lead Educator ready to step into leadership
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Excellent leadership, mentoring and communication skills
- A collaborative and positive approach to team leadership
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Current Police Check
