Rostering Administrator

We’re looking for a Rostering Administrator to join our Residential Aged Care team. If you love variety, thrive on organisation, and enjoy supporting others, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact every day. This is a max term contract for 6 months.

What your day might look like:

- Managing staff rosters, publishing rosters in advance, responding to queries about shifts and responding to unplanned leave
- Review and approve timesheets for payroll processing
- Supporting recruitment of new staff by coordinating interviews and ensuring new starters have everything they need to hit the ground running
- Ensuring staff records and system updates are accurate and up to date

What you’ll bring: You will have experience in an Rostering or Scheduling role with:

- Understanding how to balance the competing depends of unplanned leave and backfilling shifts
- A warm, qualified approach and a knack for staying organised
- The ability to respond calmly to interruptions while balancing multiple priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and HRIS or Rostering systems




- A current Criminal History Check suitable for aged care (or willingness to obtain)
