Talent Quarter are proudly partnered with a small, stand-alone NFP Aged Care provider in Brisbane who are seeking a skilled Rostering and Admin officer to join the team. This is a full-time position with a split focus of 80% rostering and 20% administration/reception support.

About the Role This is a critical role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring efficient staff rostering while also delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

To be successful you will have:





- Proven experience in a rostering and/or administration role within aged care or healthcare
- Essential: Hands-on experience with Humanforce rostering systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and qualified presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- A calm, compassionate, and patient approach when dealing with elderly residents and families
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.
