Really Awesome People is searching for a technically capable Run Engineer / Support Analyst to join a major enterprise banking technology environment in Sydney.

You will help keep testing tools, quality engineering platforms and automation services stable, available and running smoothly.

This role blends hands-on technical support with DevOps, incident management, platform monitoring and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

- Monitoring platform health, availability and performance
- Investigating incidents and resolving operational issues
- Supporting releases, deployments, upgrades and patching
- Managing tickets through Jira and ServiceNow
- Conducting root cause analysis and preventing repeat incidents
- Working with development, cloud, infrastructure, security and vendor teams
- Improving support processes, automation and platform reliability
- Maintaining technical runbooks and knowledge documentation

We’re looking for experience with:





- Application, platform or production support
- DevOps and CI/CD environments
- Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Bamboo
- Jira and Agile delivery
- ServiceNow and ITIL-aligned support processes
- Monitoring and observability tools
- Cloud platforms, APIs and system integrations
- Testing tools, automation or quality engineering platforms

Banking or financial services experience would be an advantage, but solid experience supporting complex enterprise platforms is equally valuable.
