Sales Admin | Join Our Team

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting high-performing sales teams? We're looking for a Sales Admin to play a key role in ensuring our commercial operations run smoothly from quote creation through to order processing.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Order process using Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW)

✅ Follow up on order processing and ensure timely execution

✅ Manage deal approvals, discount requests, and non-standard commercial requirements

✅ Coordinate with multiple internal teams to resolve order exceptions and ensure compliance

✅ Maintain Salesforce (SFDC) pipeline accuracy through regular audits and forecasting updates

✅ Prepare weekly KPI dashboards, pipeline reports, and sales performance insights

What We're Looking For

- Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Order Management




- Hands-on experience with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) is highly regarded
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC)
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
