Help Western Australians access courses that are normally worth thousands of dollars.
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Advisor to join a leading Registered Training Organisation in Liverpool, helping people start current careers through government-funded training.
You’ll be speaking with people who’ve already enquired through our website, partner sites, or digital ads about nationally recognised courses in areas like health, education and community care.
Normally valued at up to $4,000, these courses are supported by government funding — so you won’t face price objections, just genuine interest and a great opportunity to sell.
This is a phone-based role — around 80–90% of your day will be spent speaking with prospective students over the phone, supported by SMS and email follow-ups. Each conversation is a chance to help someone take a big step toward their goals — and achieve great results yourself.
? Your Day-to-Day
- Speak with prospective students who’ve enquired about funded training programs
- Communicate through phone, SMS and email — no cold calling
- Build value by explaining how government funding works and what students gain
- Guide each student step-by-step through the enrolment process
- Work toward daily, weekly and monthly targets with ongoing coaching and team support
? What You Bring
- You have experience in phone-based roles where you regularly speak with customers
- Ideally, you also have sales or consultative experience, or the drive and confidence to learn
- You’re proactive, organised, and comfortable managing your own pipeline
- You balance empathy with drive — you care about outcomes but also love achieving results
- Experience with HubSpotor similar CRMs is helpful but not essential
? Why You’ll Love It Here
- $72,000 base + super + uncapped commission
- Warm inbound leads only — no cold calls or chasing
- Full training and structured mentorship to help you succeed
- Collaborative, supportive team culture with individual and team incentives
- Short Fridays, full pay — knock off 3 hours early every Friday and still get paid for a full day.
- Full-time hours, no weekends, aligned to WA business hours.
Your working hours would be:
- Monday to Thursday: 11am – 7pm (April to September) and
- Friday: 11am – 4pm (April to September).
- Hours shift to 12pm–8pm Mon–Thu / 12pm–5pm Fri from October to March for daylight saving.
If you’re ready to put your communication skills to work in a role that genuinely changes lives, apply today and help Western Australians take the next step in their careers.
