About the role

North Albury Tyrepower and Mechanical is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor / Salesperson to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our automotive services business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the sales and operations of our tyre and mechanical services. This is a full-time role based in Lavington, NSW.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing expert advice on tyre and automotive services to match customer needs
- Arranging vehicle inspections, diagnostic testing and repair services
- Preparing quotations, invoicing and processing customer payments
- Maintaining accurate records and inventory of parts, tools and equipment
- Supporting the team with general workshop duties as required
- Meeting Sales KPI targets
- Proactive in preventative maintenance sales to ensure our customer's vehicles are running as efficiently as possible.

What we're looking for





- Previous experience in a similar customer service or sales role within the Automotive Industry
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Technical knowledge of tyre and mechanical services, or a willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
- A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport
