Are you a strong people leader who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys coaching high performing teams? OnDeck is looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and develop a team of Loan Specialists supporting their growing broker channel.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Sales Specialists across the broker lending channel
- Supporting the team with complex loan scenarios, escalations and application challenges
- Driving team productivity, application turnaround times and service standards
- Conducting regular one-on-ones, coaching sessions and performance check-ins
- Managing deal triage and ensuring high priority applications are progressed efficiently
- Supporting brokers and internal stakeholders through escalations and complex conversations
- Working closely with Sales Ops, Credit and Sales teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Monitoring KPIs, quality standards and team performance metrics
- Helping improve Salesforce workflows, automation and operational processes
- Supporting onboarding, training and capability uplift across the team
- Creating a positive, accountable and high performing team culture

To Be Successful You:

- Have experience within commercial lending, SME finance, broker lending or financial services
- Have previous leadership,



coaching or mentoring experience within sales, lending or operations teams
- Understand loan application workflows and broker/customer relationship management
- Bring robust commercial judgement and decision making capability
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Can confidently manage escalations and high pressure situations
- Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Thrive in fast paced, target driven environments
- Have experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Credit, Operations and Product teams
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms highly regarded
- Experience within a fintech or scale-up environment highly desirable
