About the role

- Troubleshoot, monitor, and restore personal computers and devices connected to the network
- Deliver high-quality client service, managing issues with integrity, compassion, and timely resolution
- Work from various sites across our Hospital and Aged Care network to resolve technical incidents
- Maintains telecommunications systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice and data communications services.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call roster

About you

- Current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle able to transport I.T. hardware and available after hours is MUST (cannot be a motorbike or scooter)
- Certificate IV in Information Technology Support (or equivalent IT qualification)
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in field engineering, desktop support or IT technical roles
- Strong knowledge and skills in PC hardware and associated devices
- Good understanding and associated skills in networking.
- Must be able to commit to fulltime hours, including after-hours on-call requirements as detailed above
