As our Manager – Growth, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships, you'll lead the development and delivery of strategies that strengthen BGT's market presence, build meaningful partnerships and create new commercial opportunities across the organisation. Working closely with the Operations Manager and leadership team, you'll identify emerging markets, develop business cases, drive integrated marketing and communications, and cultivate strong relationships with employers, industry, government and community stakeholders.

This is far more than a marketing role. You'll combine strategic business development, commercial thinking and relationship management to help diversify revenue, enhance BGT's reputation and support the delivery of services that strengthen workforce capability and create opportunities across regional Victoria.

confidently engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, and translate ideas into measurable outcomes. What you'll bring

We're looking for a commercially minded professional who enjoys creating opportunities, building strong relationships and thinking strategically. To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience in business development, commercial growth, strategic partnerships or a similar role.
- Experience developing and delivering marketing and communications initiatives that support organisational growth.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across industry, government and community sectors.
- Commercial acumen, including the ability to identify opportunities, develop business cases and evaluate new initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for making a positive impact within regional communities.
