About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans.

Complete functional behaviour assessments and comprehensive reports.

Work collaboratively with participants, families, support staff and allied health professionals.

Provide coaching and training to support teams to ensure consistent implementation of behaviour support strategies.

Monitor participant progress and review plans in line with NDIS requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation and meet NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards.

About You

To be successful,



you will have:

Registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner.

Relevant experience as a NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner

Experience with supporting people with disabilities

Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Education, Human Services or a related discipline.

Excellent communication, report writing and interpersonal skills.

A passion for person-centred practice and improving participant outcomes.

Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel locally.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
