Challenger Services in Camellia, NSW, is seeking an experienced Packing Operator to manage your own packing line and lead a small team in a fast-paced food production workplace, delivering high-quality products to customers across Australia.

You will operate thermoformer packaging machines, coordinate daily packing activities, and ensure production targets, quality standards and safety compliance are met, while upholding strict food safety, hygiene and quality standards in a cold environment
