We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage government agencies, public institutions, and non‑profit organizations. In this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, spark curiosity, build relationships, and support the broader sales team with quality meetings.
Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify leads across inbound and outbound channels—including calls, web chat, events, webinars, and other outreach.
- Drive high‑quality meetings and create meaningful opportunities for the wider sales team.
- Build credibility and trust with prospects and stakeholders in the NGO and public sector.
- Champion event registrations and represent Salesforce at sector‑relevant events.
- Develop technical and industry knowledge using Salesforce’s AI tools and learning platforms, including Trailhead.
- Maintain creative, personalized follow‑ups that keep prospects engaged and curious.
- Grow understanding of AI and its application in public and social sector organizations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated curiosity and passion for technology’s role in supporting communities and mission‑driven organizations.
- Solid communication skills and confidence engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
