Salary Range - $129,891- $137,635 plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience)
Are you an experienced technical professional with a passion for delivering complex technology projects? We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Officer to play a key role in the successful implementation of Council's TechnologyOne Property & Rating project.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the City of Mitcham as a Senior Technical Project Officer, providing technical leadership and delivery across Council's TechnologyOne Property & Rating Implementation Project.
Working closely with project stakeholders, software vendors and implementation partners, you will lead technical workstreams including solution implementation, data migration, system integration, testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through to business readiness.
This is a highly influential role where you will combine technical expertise, project leadership and stakeholder engagement to help deliver one of Council's key digital transformation initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven, extensive experience delivering TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere Property & Rating solution within OneCouncil.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems,
Computer Science, Project Management or a related disciple; or
- Experience leading technical workstreams involving system implementation, data migration, testing, deployment and system integration.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with vendors, implementation partners and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, risks and project milestones.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to provide technical leadership across complex projects.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
